Numerous volunteer positions are available during the day, in the evenings and on weekends that make a significant impact on peoples lives - including yours! All volunteers undergo extensive training to ensure that you can help someone in a crisis, or just "answer the call" for someone in need.

Are you looking for a unique volunteer activity that meets a special need in you?

Then Switchboard of Miami has the job for you. Volunteer to be a trained crisis counselor and handle incoming calls at our Call Center from people in need. Free, comprehensive training is available. Or help in our youth programs where you can guide young people on a solid life path. Does working with senior citizens appeal to you? Help contact older people living alone to check on their well being and reassure them that someone cares. Or just pitch in to help us run the only tri-lingual Call Center in the nation. You'll find a home at Switchboard of Miami where we are celebrating our 40th Anniversary of Service!

You too can pitch in to help!
